Wyrmlad is usually considered the one monster that can stand up against Thalassa as the best monster in the game, and it's not hard to see why once you learn about him.Safe to say, there's a reason she was considered by many as the best monster in the game, or at least the best denier. And finally, with a speed stat of 3,542 at Level 100, she's blindingly fast, so she's also likely to be able to get that Freeze off before she can be stopped. As a Warmaster, her trait is also amazing, giving her full team immunity to Freeze as well as double Stamina, and makes status effects miss her 35% of the time. Since she applies Mega Freeze all the time, it can be really easy to give your damage-dealer Freeze Hater and watch as they wipe the floor with the foes in one move. Thirdly, she also has many moves that apply Freeze Hater to her allies, which make them deal 3x damage to any monster with Freeze applied. Then, she has herself access to no less than 4 moves that apply Mega Freeze (look in Traits, Moves, and Effects to see why that's so noteworthy), two of which do so to every enemy. First off, she possesses two moves that remove things from her foes (either Positive Effects or traits) and give her an extra turn, meaning that she can clear away any sort of immunity a monster can have to her Freeze and still move again. She specializes in Freeze, a Control effect that makes foes miss their turns, but she puts a spin on it that puts most other Freeze-based monsters to shame. As the page image suggests, Warmaster Thalassa is a powerful one, even amongst her caste of Warmasters. ![]() ![]() It's the same reason I don't buy anything that's part of a series and called a "limited edition". there's no guarantee with something that is known to be mass produced. The problem is (aside from there being no real way to verify the authenticity for certain anybody can buy surplus blanks of any mass prod label like Brockum), three years from now, someone will bust out crates of these unsold and the price will drop to $5 a piece (but they're probably the guy on ebay who says "one remaining" and then reposts the listing for $600 every time some sucker buys one $600 x 500 = $300,000 for a box of shirts that cost less than $2k to make, even less if they're knockoffs). and I say that as someone who has designed and purchased one-offs made with very high quality blanks (Stedman ST9400, etc.). There's no actual scarcity to any of these. anything above $25 for a mass produced concert tee, especially one made from the cheapest blanks concert tee makers could find (and screening them with cheap plastisol inks versus water-soluble, discharge ink screen processing), is really a racket. Granted, everything is ultimately "what the market will bear" but. I sourced high end tees for my own silkscreening and have some friends in fashion design who make tees for rockstars, and they cost nowhere near these prices. ![]() It's not a curated, monitored auction house like Heritage Auctions and a ton of stuff is fake.īut I can pinpoint: A couple years back there was some article about how idiots like Kanye were buying up so-called vintage tees for $2500 a pop, so some people obviously read that article and decided to capitalize. ![]() ![]() ![]() In statistical terms, the dropping of a Shako can be modelled as a Poisson process, denoted as N ~ Pois(lambda), where lambda is indicative of the average number of Shako drops per hour. From this, we can extrapolate the collective playtime post reaching level 98, if every character reaching level 100 was played for just 3 hours (the estimated time taken to level up from level 98 to 100). Given the most stringent restrictions, a player must be at least level 98 for the Shako to drop. The singular Shako drop occurred at level 98 in a standard dungeon (Champions Demise), thus debunking the commonly held belief that reaching level 100 or engaging in high nightmare dungeons or defeating the 'Echo of Lilith' is a prerequisite for the item to drop. The statistical data provided by Blizzard allows us to make a cautious estimation of the upper limit for the likelihood of a Shako dropping within a season. To this day, the Shako remains an elusive catch with only a single confirmed instance of it dropping in the game, and The Grandfather is still waiting to drop. It's common knowledge amongst us gamers that Blizzard intentionally inserted certain ultra-rare items into Diablo IV, with examples being illustrious items such as the 'Shako (Harlequin Crest)' and 'The Grandfather'. The appearance is, well, like what you’d imagine a product called Green Slime to look like. Green Slime is a fibrous type of sealant, meaning its got lots of little fibers suspended in solution. It’s a great all-around tire sealant and works wonders on bicycle tubes. It’s not just meant for bicycles either lots of people use it in everything from cars to trailers to ATVS. Green Slime is perhaps the most famous tire sealant. Here I will review three of my favorite bicycle tire sealants so you can see how they might be appropriate for your own electric bicycle. Each one has its own way of working and can be better in some situations more than others. I’ve used a number of different brands of bicycle tire sealants over the years. It’s not a 100% perfect system, but I’ve still found it to be highly effective at preventing flat tires. If (or more likely when) something punctures the tire and tube, the sealant is forced into the hole and plugs it, keeping any more air from escaping. The sealant automatically spreads out inside the tube to coat the entire outer surface. You simply fill the tube with a measured amount of sealant, re-inflate it and move on. I have not played it on the Switch, so it could be amazingly fun on that console, but I don’t own one so I can’t say for sure. I will trade convenience, simplicity, and even liberation if it means getting a play session with my friends, and that’s one place my console experience has been sharply limited.Īlso, graphically, the game - which is admittedly eight years old by now - looks much better on PC than on either console, especially the PS4. ![]() The simplified inventory system? The ability to roll your way out of incoming damage and thus avoid it? Not feeling like I’m chained to a mouse to move around? That’s all great, but compared to being able to play with all my friends on PC, it loses out. It’s much easier for my wife and I to play together on the PC, and that reason is big enough that it outweighs literally everything about the console experience that I prefer. The only reason I keep playing it on the PC? Multiplayer. D3 is very much a game where there’s a limited amount of playable abilities at any given time - it maps very efficiently to a controller and it’s much easier to hit, say, the X or Y button for an ability than it is to make sure your hands are positioned properly on the keyboard while also clicking the mouse to move or loot.ĭiablo 3 on consoles just streamlines this whole process. This is partially because the console editions have the roll mechanic, which I appreciate, but also Diablo 3 is not Overwatch - it doesn’t require a keyboard so that you can stay ahead of players with ridiculous reaction times. ![]() I especially like playing it on my Xbox, to the point where I’ve deliberately taken pictures of my screen to use in Blizzard Watch articles with my phone.
